  • Our counter team is the first point of connection for our guests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu

    • Take orders efficiently and accurately

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area

    • Package takeaway orders with care and attention to detail

    • Support overall flow of service during busy periods

    • Prepare espresso drinks with consistency and care

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station

    • Dial in espresso and monitor quality throughout service

    • Engage with guests and create a welcoming café environment

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is friendly, attentive, and naturally hospitable

    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

    • Has strong communication skills and attention to detail

    • Has experience with espresso-based drinks (or a strong desire to learn)

    • Is detail-oriented and takes pride in craft

    • Enjoys both the technical and hospitality aspects of coffee service

  • Wine Bar

    Our evening service is centered around thoughtful wine and relaxed, elevated hospitality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide guests through the beverage list and evening food menu

    • Provide informed, approachable wine and beer service

    • Execute service with warmth and attention to detail

    • Support bar service, floor service and overall guest experience

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has an interest in (or knowledge of) wine, beer and cordials

    • Is confident, personable, and service-focused

    • Enjoys creating meaningful guest experiences
