Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
Take orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area
Package takeaway orders with care and attention to detail
Support overall flow of service during busy periods
Prepare espresso drinks with consistency and care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
Dial in espresso and monitor quality throughout service
Engage with guests and create a welcoming café environment
We’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly, attentive, and naturally hospitable
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has strong communication skills and attention to detail
Has experience with espresso-based drinks (or a strong desire to learn)
Is detail-oriented and takes pride in craft
Enjoys both the technical and hospitality aspects of coffee service

Wine Server
Our evening service is centered around thoughtful wine and relaxed, elevated hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Guide guests through the beverage list and evening food menu
Provide informed, approachable wine and beer service
Execute service with warmth and attention to detail
Support bar service, floor service and overall guest experience
We’re looking for someone who:
Has an interest in (or knowledge of) wine, beer and cordials
Is confident, personable, and service-focused
Enjoys creating meaningful guest experiences

Responsibilities:
Prepare pastries, breads, and baked goods for daily service
Order ingredients
Maintain inventory
Maintain consistency and quality across all products
Assist with recipe development and seasonal offerings
Keep a clean and organized workspace

Has experience in baking or pastry production
Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Is excited by seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique
